All orders delivered to mainland France are shipped by DPD to pickup locations with tracking and require a signature upon delivery within 2 business days; your package will be shipped on the same day for all orders placed before 11:30 a.m.

Express shipping is provided by Chronopost; the rate varies depending on the destination. Orders confirmed before 11:30 a.m. will be shipped the same day and delivered within 24 hours.

As soon as our carrier picks up the package, you will receive a tracking number so you can track its progress.

We are responsible for the package until it is delivered. In the event of loss by the carrier, we will arrange for a replacement shipment at our expense (only if the package could not be delivered and after a loss report has been filed with the carrier).

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
