Is your watch, clock, or alarm clock malfunctioning, or does it need a battery replacement or adjustment? Whether your item is under warranty or out of warranty, the team of watchmakers at A.G.H. is here to help.
If your purchase is still under warranty, be sure to include proof of purchase or the stamped warranty card.
Upon receipt of your package, we will provide a quote if the repair is not covered by the warranty; this quote will be submitted for your approval. Before any work is performed, you will have the opportunity to accept or decline it.

The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and extends to the operation of the movement. The warranty is valid only if the certificate or receipt is provided with the watch when it is received at our workshops. During the warranty period, you are entitled to have any defect repaired at no charge. This warranty does not cover:
the shipping costs for sending your watch, clock, or alarm clock to our workshops
battery life
normal wear and tear and aging (scratches on the glass, discoloration and/or deterioration of the material of non-metal straps and bracelets, such as leather, plastic, fabric, and Velcro; peeling of the plating...)
damage to any part of the watch resulting from improper or abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, impacts, incorrect use of the watch, or failure to follow the user manual provided by us
the watch has been handled by an unauthorized person (battery replacement, service, or repairs...)
The terms of this warranty set forth above do not affect the purchaser’s full rights of recourse for hidden defects in accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code. Our customer service department ensures that your watch is properly maintained.
This warranty is provided by our in-house customer service department at our facilities in Lectoure, France.
