Right of Withdrawal
With Club de la Montre, you have 30 days to make up your mind, starting from the date you receive the item you ordered. If you’re not satisfied with the item, you can exchange it or request a refund:
To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a dated statement via email to [email protected], or:
- View your order history in your customer account
- Select the order corresponding to the product in question
- Select the relevant product (by checking the box next to the part number)
- (optional) Please specify the reason for the return
- Click "Return a Product"
You can track your return in your account at every stage of the process.
EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER:
Clubdelamontre.com handles all exchanges. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] and let us know that you would like to exchange the item that does not suit you. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you—either by email or by mail, depending on your preference—a T label that will allow you to return your purchase to us at no cost.
As soon as we receive your package, we will process the exchange. If there is a price difference compared to the original purchase, you can either include a check for the difference, or we will refund the difference to your original payment method if the amount is lower.
Refund
If you cancel your order or return an item, we will refund all payments received from you for the item in question, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, of a shipping method other than the least expensive shipping option we offer). The refund will be delayed until we have received the item or, in exceptional cases, until you have provided us with proof of shipment of the item before the 30-day period expires. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction; this refund will not incur any charges for you.
You are liable only for any depreciation of the item resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the item. Any watch returned for a refund must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been worn, in order to preserve its quality.
