What is the delivery time?
Same-day shipping for all orders placed before 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Delivery within 24 to 48 hours in mainland France via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Free shipping on orders of 50 euros or more. Option for 24-hour Chronopost express delivery or pickup at a pickup location, depending on your preference.
Can I return my watch?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. Returns are free in metropolitan France using the prepaid Colissimo label included in the package. The watch must be returned in its original condition with its original packaging. A full refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return. Our customer service team is available to answer any questions.
