Echos of identity design LIP of the 1970s, the geometry of the round in the square as well as the rectangular links of the bracelet sign the model LIP Mythic Titane in the continuity of designers of the brand. Legacy of the work of the 7 designers from the 1974 collection, this piece is both the synthesis and continuity of their work. This timepiece, which merges the work of Roger Tallon on the Big TV and that of Prince François De Baschmakoff on the model that bears his name, is signed Prisca Briquet in 2009.
This watch object offers a totally atypical reading of the hour, as it is displayed on three rotating dials. The large dial indicates the hours, the average minutes and the smallest seconds. The time instantly reads along the line drawn in extension of the logo LIP.
The hours move while the needle remains fixed, on the contrary of all other watches. At first glance destabilizing, this provision of the innovative hour reveals a simplification of the time reading as it offers an instant view of hours, minutes and seconds along a single needle.
The numbers are printed for a reading of the "French" time, with a record of minutes indicating -25, - 20 or less the quarter after the half hour.
LIP integrates this innovative reading of the hour into a new set titanium bracelet box, for a lightness and comfort with exceptional wear. Powered by an automatic movement, the Mythic Titane offers a smooth and regular time display, which provides a unique pleasure to use. The latest stylistic innovation is the logo LIP which serves as a central needle.
